"My
people, I personally moved in to commence the removal of all waste
dumps at Awka, Onitsha and Nnewi. Improper discarding of garbage and
rubbish has caused pollution in our cities thereby endangering our lives
and the lives of our children. We must all be conscious of our
environment and stop throwing waste into the gutters or spaces beside
our shops. If you see anyone doing that, stop him! Anambra must be
sanitized". - Gov Obiano
